We only collect what we need to help you. That includes:

• Details you give us through our enquiry form or by email, such as your name, business name, trade, and what you're after.
• Any other information you choose to share when you contact us or work with us.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically (such as general location and device type), handled by our website host.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare your free mockup.
• Provide and improve our services.
• Keep in touch with you about your project or enquiry.

We will not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted third-party services to run our business, and your information may pass through them only so we can help you. These currently include our website host (Netlify), our email provider, and our customer records system (Airtable). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to help you or to meet our legal obligations, then we delete it.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No system is ever completely secure, but we treat your details with care.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it's wrong. Just email us and we'll sort it.

Cookies and analytics

Our site currently uses minimal cookies and no marketing trackers. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we'll update this policy to explain what they do.
