We use a few trusted third-party services to run our business, and your information may pass through them only so we can help you. These currently include our website host (Netlify), our email provider, and our customer records system (Airtable). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to help you or to meet our legal obligations, then we delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No system is ever completely secure, but we treat your details with care.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it's wrong. Just email us and we'll sort it.

Our site currently uses minimal cookies and no marketing trackers. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we'll update this policy to explain what they do.
